About 2022 Intel® DevCup

Last mile onto AI applications – talents in Edge AI are needed!

As AI technology reshapes our world, the changes are brought by AI developers. AI developers hold the key to complete the last mile of Edge AI deployment. As the saying goes, “One must sharpen the tools in order to do a good job,” which applies perfectly to engineers who rely on user-friendly tools for the deployment of Edge AI inference and maintenance. For that purpose, we have the Intel® Distribution of OpenVINO™ Toolkit.

OpenVINO is a cross-platform toolkit for AI inference development that supports data sensing, vision technology, automation, and an array of innovative applications of Edge Computing. To drive AI innovation, the first Intel® DevCup x OpenVINO™ Toolkit contest was held in 2021 with total 258 teams in the qualifiers and 80 teams advanced into the finals, which all delivered outstanding performances.
